Classes Offered
General English
Classes for refugees and immigrants who have been in the United States for less than a year.
Classes are 5 days per week. Schedules depend on English proficiency based on an ELC Placement Test given to all students at enrollment.

In person and online options Monday - Thursday from 9:30 to 2:30.
Evening class options will be available in September.
English for Elders (60+)
Classes for refugees over 60 years old who have been in the U.S. for five years or less. Classes focus on general English skills and citizenship preparation.

Monday - Thursday: 9:30 - 12:00

Additional Classes as Needed
We offer other classes such as English for Professionals in partnership with Global Talent, an Afghan’s Women’s class in partnership with the Afghan Cultural Center of Idaho. We also periodically offer Citizenship Classes and others as needed.
